  • 1 tbsp raw flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped dry dates

2.​Preparation method:-

1.To make homemade veg protein powder, heat a broad non-stick pan and dry roast the almonds for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame, while stirring occasionally. Remove and keep aside in a big plate.

2.Do the same for walnuts, peanuts, pistachios, cashew nuts, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds.

3.Once the mixture has been completely cooled, add the chia seeds and dry dates. Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and pulse and blend to a fine powder.Your homemade veg protein powder is ready!
