Ingredients of Sicilian Marinated Olives:-

  • Step 1:-

    To prepare this exotic appetizer, first, wash and rinse olives in running water. Then, transfer them to a medium sized bowl and toss properly.

  • Step 2:-

    Now, add white wine vinegar along with garlic, oregano, red chilli in it and toss properly.

  • Step 3:-

    Keep the olives aside for next 30 minutes. Once they acquire room temperature, place them in refrigerator and serve chilled.
