Revanth Reddy Govt Plans Land Value Revision, Pushes Industrial Growth

Revanth Reddy government is taking important steps to improve the economic condition of Telangana state and to start the industrial sector. Several sensational decisions were taken in the meeting of the ‘Ministerial Subcommittee on Mobilization of Revenue Resources’ held in the Secretariat under the chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. Among these, the government has directed the registration department to revise the market values ​​of lands across the state and implement them from the first week of May. This will generate additional revenue for the government exchequer.

The government intends to develop the areas between Hyderabad Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Regional Ring Road (RRR) as Special Industrial Zones with international standards. In addition to these, the Deputy CM assured that the policy of ‘Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation’ will be implemented in a very transparent manner and without any corruption. Industrialists also expressed their happiness over this policy and asked for some reduction in land use conversion charges. Minister Sridhar Babu made it clear that the industries should be profitable and should not harm the environment.

Besides.. Minister Jupalli Krishna Rao ordered the officials to collect the details of all the government lands in the state and stop the encroachments. The government is hopeful that the state will get huge employment opportunities through the establishment of new industrial parks in partnership with the central and state governments and the private sector.
