Satvik from Sri Chaitanya, Narsingi Intermediate College, hanged himself. He wrote a suicide note asking his parents to forgive him and not cry for him. Satvik pleaded them to live happily, even without him and apologized for taking his life. He stated that he cannot take such pressure and hostel has been hell for him. Satvik also mentioned few names and stated that they torture him.
He wrote that he cannot handle such stress. Also, Satvik stated that he has been trying to cope up with all but the torture has been huge on him. His friends found him hanging in his room after they did not find him in the class. They have stated to the media that college management has asked them to not say anything outside. Satvik suicide note has been found in his pocket by his friends and they have handed it over to media and police.
Not every student can be a ranker. You cannot ask a student to get a rank just because that is your business. Satvik is a soft-hearted 16-year old and even if he cannot become a ranker, his life wouldn’t have ended like this. In the name of rank guarantee, these educational institutions have started becoming concentration and torture camps for students. They ask for hostel and won’t even let children go out and play for few hours. Satvik might have been able to achieve whatever he could by staying at home and in presence of people who love him.
