Hyderabad public have been experiencing dry weather for some days. January, February months have been completely dry in this place of the country. And many wanted March to be mild has April, May and June are known for being hot summer. Hyderabad has experienced a huge heat wave and extreme cold wave in recent months too. All off a sudden, Hyderabad public experienced unseason rain on 16th March.
The depression formed around Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha has come close to the city. Also another depression has formed near Karnataka, North Tamil Nadu, very close to the city. And there has been huge amount of hailstones storm and rainfall in different places in afternoon and evening time. Hyderabad public, who did not think the intensity of rain will be so high, did not prepare beforehand. So, majority of them reported to have suffered under this sudden change in atmosphere. Major areas of Hyderabad like Khairatabad, Panjagutta, Somajiguda, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills have faced huge rainfall.
Hailstones have been found on the national highways in the city. In the afternoon time, Hyderabad public have found themselves drenched in the rains. Major thunderstorms and tunder bolts have also been heard in the sky. Hyderabad will experience this kind of climate for another two days, say weather depatment. Well, it is advised to be prepared for extreme conditions, these days!
