Australia Women have been dominant in International Women’s Cricket Arena. They have been invincible bulldozing any team that comes in their way. Australia Women have won against England Women in Women’s Ashes Test. ECB and Cricket Australia have decided to conduct Women’s Ashes Test along with Men’s Ashes. They conducted only one Test for now. Australia Women have been expected to win the Test and they did in a thumping manner.
Alyssa Healy as a captain recorded her first Test victory. Ashleigh Gardner took 8/66 in the second innings to give Australia Women a good victory. England Women have also witnessed history with Tammy Beaumont becoming first English Women to score double century in Tests. She scored 208 runs in the first innings. Ashleigh Gardner with her right arm off-break took 12 wickets in the match for Australia Women. Left arm spinner Sophie Ecclestone for England Women, took 5 wickets each in both innings.

She took 4/99 and scored 40 runs in the first innings. Australia Women scored 473 in first innings with Annabel Sutherland(137) and Ellyse Perry(99) shining bright. Tammy Beaumont helped England Women to reply with 463. Australia Women in second innings needed a push to the scoring after Beth Mooney(85) got out. Captain Alyssa Healy scored 50 to push them to 257. With 268 target, England Women got all-out for 178 giving Australia Women a huge victory with 89 runs. Ashleigh Gardner won Player of the Match award for her performance.
