YS Sharmila has been arrested after she slapped a Police constable on-duty. She wanted to reach Jubilee Hills SIT office but Police restricted her. She did not listen to the police and she pushed one person, assaulted another one. Even YS Sharmila driver ran his car over a police constable’s foot. Hence, she has been arrested and judge sent her for 14 days remand. YS Sharmila has been sent to Chenchalguda jail for completing her remand period.
Her mother YS Vijayamma wanted to meet her in Jubilee Hills PS. As Police did not allow her, she got angry and slapped a constable. Police did not file case on YS Vijayamma but they filed a case on YS Sharmila. She moved to Court for bail. Court has decided to give her bail on conditions. YS Sharmila has been asked to not fly to overseas without Court permission. And she gets bail only after two people give surety and pay Rs.30,000.
YS Vijayamma announced that her daughter, YS Sharmila decided to fight for unemployed youth of Telangana. And Telangana Government is using police against them. Police on the other hand, stated that YS Sharmila decided to protest at Lotus Pond, without prior permission. They have decided to file a case on her as she behaved aggressively against Police. They did not want to let this go away as it would set a precedent to other politicians.
