Telangana State Board decides to reduce Tenth exam papers!

Telangana State Board has asked for suggestions to improve the quality of education at State Syllabus schools to NCERT. They have suggested to Telangana Government and State Board that 11 exam papers for Tenth students is increasing stress and pressure on them.

Telangana Government has been looking at one issue after another to innovate and give their best probable and possible solution to it. Telangana State Board has asked for suggestions to improve the quality of education at State Syllabus schools to NCERT. They have suggested to Telangana Government and State Board that 11 exam papers for Tenth students is increasing stress and pressure on them.

Telangana Government accepted these suggestions from NCERT and took a decision to reduce the number of exam papers for Tenth students from this academic year. Telangana Tenth State Syllabus students have been writing 11 papers as all subjects except Hindi, have two exam papers to clear. Due to Covid pandemic, students wrote only 6 papers and it seems to have been good enough to judge their capabilities.

Telangana Government has now announced that Tenth students will have to write only six papers from this year, that is one exam per subject. Telangana State Board is mulling over applying Grade System over ranks and marks system in coming years like CBSE and ICSE schools. This will be a good news for students and their parents who have been worried about the sufficient time for preparation.
