Sunitha, daughter of Vivekananda Reddy, has decided to move to Supreme Court. She filed a petition in Supreme Court asking to nullify High Court orders to not arrest YS Avinash Reddy. Sunitha stated that High Court should allow CBI to arrest YS Avinash Reddy as well. She stated that there is a chance of tampering proofs by Avinash Reddy. Sunitha asked Supreme Court to permit Avinash Reddy’s arrest.
YS Avinash Reddy is facing CBI charges and inquiry in YS Vivekananda Reddy Murder case. His father YS Bhaskar Reddy has been arrested recently, by CBI. Avinash Reddy went to High Court for anticipatory bail from CBI. Sunitha has countered this with implead petition in High Court. The Court has asked CBI to not arrest him till 25th April, when they will give their final judgement. Till then, they have asked Avinash Reddy to cooperate for CBI investigation and attend inquiry sessions. Sunitha wants bail petition to be stricken off.
She went to Supreme Court stating that Bail petition should not be considered. Also, Sunitha asked Supreme Court to permit his arrest. YS Avinash Reddy has brought up the allegations on her husband. He stated that YS Vivekananda Reddy could have been killed by Suneetha and her husband as Viveka married another woman, second time. They have a girl kid too. Sunitha has been fighting from past 4 years to bring justice to her father.
