PM Narendra Modi gave his customery speech about Thank You Note to President Draupadi Murmu, for her speech in Parliament Budget Sessions. Rahul Gandhi, leader of opposition in Parliament, alleged PM Narendra Modi has been helping Adani Group to get undeserved favors to grow faster. He also stated that BJP and NDA Government are in favor of corporates as they accepted funds from them. PM Narendra Modi in his speech, in return, commented that UPA government has wasted 2004-2014 time, rather than concentrating on improving Indian economy.
He said that now opposition is unable to digest infrastructure development that his regime of 9 years has been delivering. PM Narendra Modi stated that Congress and UPA government could not control terrorist attacks from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. He reminded opposition parties to not forget the times when terrorists used to challenge political leaders to hoist Indian National Flag at Lal Chowk, Kashmir. PM Narendra Modi further said that today we can hoist the flag and even organize a political meet, which was unimaginable few years ago. He also said that their decision about Kashmir has resulted in houseful shows of Pathaan at Srinagar.
PM Narendra Modi went on to remark that ED has been connecting opposition together by investigating about their financial crimes. He said opposition in trying to bring them down is commenting against government organizations like CBI, Army and Police, as well. PM Narendra Modi further mocked Opposition and stated that they are not looking at the conditions World has been in before making their remarks. He stated that India has been able to become fifth biggest economy even though Covid-19 and pandemic has hampered world progress, increased inflation, unemployment.
Later, he remarked that Opposition parties cannot bring India down as they are unable to digest the growth of Indian companies. PM Narendra Modi did not mention about Adani Group or Gautham Adani. Rahul Gandhi and opposition MPs started sloganeering “Adani … Adani … Adani” in between PM Narendra Modi speech. After coming out of Parliament, Rahul Gandhi expressed unhappiness about PM’s speech and stated that without talking about Adani, PM showcased his weakness.
