Today, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi has held a press conference over the recent happenings in the Upper Sabha. Mr Joshi said that opposition MPs have been feeling that they have done something great by climbing up the tables and throwing the documents in the Rajya Sabha.
And they have shared the video on social media despite knowing the shooting video in Parliament is not allowed. He alleged that the opposition MPs have disrupted the proceedings in the House instead of discussing the important issues related to the Public.
The Parliamentary Affairs Minister has demanded the Rajya Sabha chairman take strict action against the opposition MPs. Today, opposition MPs has met Rajyasabha Chair to notify about the day before yesterday’s incident in the House.
It was known that Vice President, Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu broke down as the opposition MPs didn’t safeguard and respect the sacredness of the Parliament.
