Nitin Gadkari, Union Transport Minister, attended Global Investors Summit in Vizag, AP, on first day. AP CM Jagan has invited Nitin Gadkari and gave him a memento. He spoke at the event and congratulated AP for organising such a huge summit. Nitin Gadkari spoke at the event about road connectivity and its importance for Industries. He stated that Union Government will help AP State Government in bringing many investments to the state.
Nitin Gadkari announced that Rs.20 Thousand crores have been sanctioned to improve road connectivity in AP. He also stated that AP Ports are improving every day and new economic corridors are coming in the state. Nitin Gadkari has stated that transport is key for any Industry, state to thrive and hence, Union Government will build world class roads in AP. He also stated connectivity between ports and economic corridors will be improved.
Union Minister asked land and permission from State Government to build Intra Model Bus Port in Tirupathi. Nitin Gadkari has stated that AP Fisheries is one of the growing Industry and acqa industry will thrive when Government decreases Transport charges. He asked State Government to bring transport charges at convenient rates to everyone. Nitin Gadkari once again reiterated that AP will always have support of Union Government and it is a key state for growth of India.
