Nara Chandrababu Naidu has been arrested on 8th September and he is still in Rajahmundry jail in judicial remand. The opposition leader of AP and supremo of TDP, has been arrested in AP Skill Development Scam case. Nara Chandrababu Naidu has filed petitions for quashing FIR in Supreme Court and anticipatory bails in AP high court. He also filed bail petition in ACB Court. Nara Chandrababu Naidu had to face setback in these cases in various Courts.
AP High Court has rejected anticipatory bails in other cases filed by CID. ACB Court has dimissed Nara Chandrababu Naidu bail petition and also CID custody petition. Hence, he and his followers have started looking up to Supreme Court about Section 17(A) applicability in his Scam Case. If Supreme Court states that Section 17(A) is applicable other cases will also be need to be quashed. Harish Salve, argued for Nara Chandrababu Naidu in Supreme Court about the same.

Bench has heard to his arguments from afternoon till evening. They have postponed the case to 10th October after listening to arguments. Nara Chandrababu Naidu will have to wait for bail and quash petition judgements from Supreme Court. If quash petition will be dismissed Nara Chandrababu Naidu lwyers are ready to go for bail petition. For now, TDP leaders are hopeful that their supremo will be able to come out from these cases soon.
