MP Avinash Reddy has been seen as a suspect by CBI in MP Vivekananda Reddy Murder Case. CBI has submitted the same details to AP High Court. The Court has ordered CBI to submit case file in a sealed cover on Monday. Until then, they have asked CBI to not arrest MP Avinash Reddy. The lawyers of MP have moved to High Court asking Court to stop the arrest. AP High Court has stated that they will see all the proofs, case files on Monday and then only CBI should arrest MP Avinash Reddy.
CBI has offered to submit video recordings on Friday but AP High Court asked complete file details on Monday. They have stated that they want to call him again on Tuesday, 14th March. AP High Court has asked MP Avinash Reddy to appear before CBI on Tuesday, by 11:00 AM. Meanwhile, CBI has completed third round interrogation of MP Avinash Reddy on 10th March. After attending before CBI, MP Avinash Reddy talked to press.
He stated that MP Vivekananda Reddy has changed his name to Sheik Mohammad Akbar to marry a muslim woman. MP Avinash Reddy stated that he has a son, Sheik Shahenshah. He commented that MP Vivekananda Reddy family did not want their property to be given to Shahenshah, hence, they might have done something. MP Avinash Reddy has stated that the letter written by MP Vivekananda Reddy and his mobile have been stored away by his sister, Sunitha’s husband.
He stated that he and MP Vivekananda Reddy shared a great equation. MP Avinash Reddy said that before death his uncle campaigned for him. He stated that he got to know about his uncle’s death only after his family told him. MP Avinash Reddy alleged that CBI is trying to find proofs to put a fake case on him and not listening to his truth. He stated that truth will come out one day and he will be talking to media, CBI and Courts until truth comes out.
