MP Avinash Reddy has filed an anticipatory bail petition in Telangana High Court. He has been expected to be arrested by CBI in MP Vivekananda Reddy murder case. Sunitha, daughter of Vivekananda Reddy has been fighting against his anticipatory bail petition. MP Avinash Reddy bail plea came to hearing at HC on 27th April. The court has postponed rest of the hearing for 28th April. Meanwhile, MP Avinash Reddy released a new selfie video.
In the video, he stated that he has been called to come to the house. MP Avinash Reddy said that by the time he came to Vivekananda Reddy house, he saw him dead. He stated that there was a letter written by him and his phone. MP Avinash Reddy stated that in the letter Vivekananda Reddy mentioned his driver.
He said that in the letter Vivekananda Reddy mentioned that his driver attacked him. MP Avinash Reddy said that Rajasekhar Reddy, Sunitha’s husband, hid the letter and phone. He wondered why the letter and phone, most important evidences should be hidden. On the other hand, MP Avinash Reddy lawyer in Telangana HC stated that Google take out date cannot be used for location wereabouts of a person. MP Avinash Reddy stated CBI officier who is investigating the case is too keen to frame him.
