MLC Kavitha, daughter of Telangana CM KCR, has been interrogated by CBI in the Delhi Liquor scam case at her own residence. CBI officials have added her name in the charge sheet but they say she is being added as a witness but not as an accused. CBI officials reached MLC Kavitha house in Hyderabad on 11th December, Sunday at around 11:00 AM. They have stayed in her house for 7:30 hours to complete their questioning.
CBI officials stated that they wanted to question MLC Kavitha under CRPC 160 section as witness. In the Amit Arora remand report CBI officials noted that MLC Kavitha has damaged 10 phones and they wanted to ask all about those phones. Also, they have made her witness in Delhi Liquor scam case and wanted her to give all the details she knows about the accused people and their deals, related to the liquor scam.

BRS supporters and workers have been at MLC Kavitha house from morning and they waited patiently for CBI to come out of the house. After they have left peacefully questioning her, MLC Kavitha waved at the BRS workers. She went to Pragathi Bhavan to meet her father CM KCR and they might talk to press after their meeting.
