Manish Sisodia, Delhi Deputy CM, has been arrested by CBI on Sunday. ED and CBI have been interrogating him in Delhi Excise Policy Case. CBI claimed that Manish Sisodia is not cooperating for the investigation and hence, custodial interrogation is a must. They have taken him to Delhi High Court and on Monday, HC gave permission for 5 days CBI remand. Manish Sisodia has asked his lawyers to submit petition against his arrest in Supreme Court. They did the same on Tuesday.
Delhi High Court has asked CBI to interrogate Manish Sisodia in CCTV available room. They have asked to record his interrogation sessions. For every 48 hours, Healthy tests have to be conducted on Manish Sisodia. They have permitted to meet his lawyers between 6-7 for a half-an-hour, everyday and CBI cannot hear their conversation. Also, Manish Sisodia can take medicines prescribed by doctors.

Well, Justice DY Chandrachud of Supreme Court is going to arguments on Manish Sisodia plea against his arrest, on emergency basis. Will the Supreme Court grant him bail or not, is to be seen. Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal already called the arrest as non-democratic.
On the other hand, BJP stated that they will raise awareness on policy that has been designed to toy with the future of youths in Delhi. AAP Government has scrapped the policy and Manish Sisodia is said to be instrumental in designing the policy.
