Rajya Sabha Chairman, Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu got emotional while condemning Yesterday’s ruckus created by some opposition MPs in the Upper House. Whatever the acts were done by opposition MPs in the House was against the ethics and morale. All those acts devastated the holiness of the House.
Yesterday, some opposition MPs sat on the tables and some stand on the tables and threw files in the Upper House when a discussion about the farmers protest against new farm laws has been initiated.
Since day one of the Monsoon Session, both Houses haven’t been functioned properly due to the uproar of opposition against Pegasus, hike in Petrol, Diesel, Gas prices and the new farm laws. Just a few days back, M Venkaiah has requested all MPs, especially the opposition to maintain and safeguard the decorum of the House.
On the other hand, Union Minister Anurag Thakur has said that opposition MPs are not participating in any discussions related to the public and wasting the valuable time and money that was spent to run the Parliament session.
