Karnataka Elections polling or voting has been concluded on 10th May, 2023. Exit Polls have been released by several organizations after polling has been concluded. They have given Congress edge in Karnataka, this time around. BJP and Congress both could get equal seats with Congress going over 100. Still, Karnataka voters did not give anyone clear majority, say exit polls.
Majority of exits polls give Congress 90-110 and BJP 85-100 seats. JD(S) could get 15-25, on an average from these exit polls. Going by them, Karnataka voters have decided to give both National parties chance to form government. JD(S) could be Kingmaker and they have hopes on taking Chief Minister position for 2-2.5 years. Karnataka assembly could see hung, by these exit poll results which makes JD(S) powerful and important. For 38 years, no incumbent government has come back to power in Karnataka.

Congress called BJP current government as Double Engine and Commission Sarkar. Majority of their election campaign stated that BJP government has asked for 40% commission from contractors. Both the parties have announced massive freebies in their agendas. Karnataka voters have been favoring hung assemblies for sometime. Congress and BJP have remained their favorites while JD(S) has been Kingmakers on several occasions from mid-90s. We have to wait and see for Karnataka Election results on 13th of May.
