High Court has taken YS Avinash Reddy anticipatory bail petition in YS Vivekananda Reddy Murder Case. Suneetha, daugher of the victim, gave implead petition to not give him bail. CBI has also asked High Court to reject bail petition of YS Avinash Reddy. T. Niranjan Reddy appeared in Court as lawyer of YS Avinash Reddy and argued that CBI has no concrete proof against his client. High Court asked him why YS Vivekananda Reddy murder has been promoted as death by heart attack.
T. Niranjan stated that they have given the same information that they got from the family. He continued to argue that except for Dastagiri statement there is nothing that implicates YS Avinash Reddy with murder. CBI counter argued that they have collected proofs regarding his involvement in the murder. They stated High Court that Avinash Reddy did not co-operate with them during inquiry. CBI has postponed the inquiry session to 19th April has court proceedings are going on. Suneetha requested High Court to consider how Avinash Reddy is coming to court whenever CBI calls him for inquiry.

After listening to both sides arguments, High Court came to a conclusion. They asked CBI to not arrest Avinash Reddy till their final judgement on the anticipatory bail plea till 25th April. High Court has asked Avinash Reddy to co-operate and appear before CBI for inquiry till then. High Court has also asked CBI to record all the sessions with Avinash. They have permitted YS Bhaskar Reddy and Uttam Kumar Reddy to CBI custody from judicial remand for six days. CBI will keep also inquire Avinash Reddy along with them.
