Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has been arrested by rangers in Pakistan. Government has decided to arrest him in illegal funds transfer case. Imran Khan has been asked to appear in front of Court several times. He did not oblige and stated that he will killed by Pakistan government many times. His party PTI supporters have been conducting riots to stop rangers. Now, rangers took Imran Khan from Islamabad High Court and arrested him.
Rangers have handed over Imran Khan to NAB for 8 days in Al-Qadir Trsut case. They have arrested him for helping money laundering to the amount of 50 Billion and taking bribes for the same. High Court Chief Justice Aamer Farooq has expressed his deep displeasure on attacking Court and arresting Imran Khan. Now, former Pakistan Prime Minister and legend of cricket is in NAB custody.
His supporters have taken to the streets. Violent protests and riots have been going on in Pakistan cities. Government is firm on keeping Imran Khan arrested. They have stated that NAB will complete investigation and court will decide about jail sentence to the leader of PTI. On the other hand, Imran Khan is gaining support on Social Media from International leaders and Pakistan youth.
