He has been facing charges in illegal agreement with Stormy Daniels case. Donald Trump has paid her money to not bring out their relationship or affair in public. They have had their affair in Russia as per the charges. Stormy Daniels, an adult actress, as stated that she and Donald Trump have spent time together in 2011. Donald Trump denied spending any time with her. He also made derogatory comments on her.
She went to court to file defamation suit. But she ended up losing thrice. Even at the same time Donald Trump got arrested, she failed in her third defamation case.
