
In view of Covid-19, Delhi Deputy CM and Education Minister Manish Sisodia have announced the cancellation of Class 9 and 11 examinations. Earlier, these examinations have been postponed and now they are cancelled.
Sisodia said private schools that have already conducted midterm and annual exams should announce their results and promote students. As per the ANI, Schools in which mid-term exams didn’t happen have to prepare results based on the best 2 subjects of students. He also said Delhi govt schools will declare results for class 9 and 11 on the directorate of education’s website on June 22.
Some students have only given 1 mid-term exam and some didn’t give any paper. The Students that didn’t get qualifying marks in the mid-term exam will get one more chance. Those exams will happen via reassessment projects & assignments for which guidelines will be issued later.
