CM KCR has inaugurated BRS office and Collectorate at Nirmal, recently. On 6th June, he inaugurated Nagarkurnool Collectorate and BRS office. CM KCR talked at the public meeting after inauguration event. He stated that being Palamuru MP, he and protestors got Telangana state. CM KCR categorically stated that Palamuru will always have a special place in Telangana history.
He remembered that Professor Jai Shankar told him that he would win from anywhere in Telanagana. And even though Telangana agitation is not at its peak in Palamuru, CM KCR stated that people voted for him. He thanked voters for this and stated that he will life long work for Palamuru development. He opined that without Telangana state a separate district would not have been formed. CM KCR slammed Congress leaders from the same constituency.
He said that Congress leaders are calling for Dharani Portal to be submerged in Bay of Bengal. But he stated that Dharani Portal has been helping farmers to not run helter-skelter for land issues. He said that even CM KCR cannot tamper Dharani.
While he accepted that 1% problems could be there with it, he said that it is worse to call for closing of Portal. CM KCR called the portal has a weapon against corruption in land deals. And he said Congress leaders don’t want farmers to be rulers. CM KCR called BRS Government has Farmer-friendly one and stated that even Maharashtra people want Telangana model.
