CM KCR has decided to build a new Secretariat in Telangana. He asked architects to come up with a huge building that symbolizes Telangana. CM KCR inaugurated Telangana Secretariat that has been constructed in four years time. He went into his office as per time decided by pandits. All other ministers also went into their offices as per the time decided. CM KCR signed on six files and started working in the new Secretariat.
On this occasion, CM KCR talked to the press. He stated that many commented them sarcastically for building a new Secretariat. He said that they asked the government if they will re-construct entire Telangana. But he said that they wanted this Secretariat to be a symbol of Telangana. He further said that they have constructed it in the spirit of B.R. Ambedkar. He remarked that the state formed because of Article 3 in the constitution written by drafting team headed by Ambedkar. Hence, they have put his name to the Secretariat. CM KCR also stated that they got Telangana state by fighting in the spirit of Mahatma Gandhi.
He thanked each and everyone who worked in construction of the new Secretariat. He stated that Yadadri re-construction is also a part of Telangana re-construction. CM KCR remarked that Telangana is moving forward in IT department ahead of Bengaluru. He stated that Telangana will concentrate on forest growth or re-forestation in coming days. He said that it is important to bring back migrated Palamuru residents. CM KCR said that Secretariat is a symbol of flourishing Telangana and re-constructed by all means.
