CM Jagan toured in Kovvuru, East Godavari on 24th May. He participated in Jagananna Vidya Deevena Pathakam scheme event. CM Jagan stated that he wants to see poor people of Andhra Pradesh, well-educated. He opined that only education can help them change their present and build a great future. CM Jagan during his speech stated that AP voters should unite for him against opposition.
He elaborated that through Jagananna Vidya Deevena, they are helping out 9.95 Lakhs students this time. For January-February-March 2023 months, they have release the funds worth of Rs.703 crores. CM Jagan announced that till date through the scheme his government has spent a total of Rs.10,636 crores for welfare of students. He continued to state that through this scheme SC, ST, BC and backward classes students have been able to study without any financial troubles. CM Jagan strongly noted that AP will be exemplary for all states.
He continued to say that with Nadu-Nedu they have increased number of students studying in Government schools from 30 to 40 lakhs. CM Jagan then targeted previous government of TDP and Nara Chandra Babu Naidu. He stated that TDP never successfully completed these kind of welfare schemes. He also said that opposition parties are trying to portray as CM Jagan government is going to collapse AP financial status. CM Jagan said that opposition is uniting to come against him, one man. He is ready to face them and win 175 out of 175 assembly with voters help. He asked them to unite against them for him.
