CM Jagan has been known for giving highest importance to farmers. He stated at many public meetings that he would be a son of farmers. CM Jagan conducted a meeting with all his officials at capital. He collected data and detailed reports about the rain affected areas and farmers. CM Jagan after looking at the reports announced full compensation for the farmers.
He asked officials to collect details of the rain affected farmers. CM Jagan told them to not leave any farmer without giving them announced compensation. He told them that no farmer should be left out. He asked them to buy all the spoilt grains and wet grains. CM Jagan asked officials to co-ordinate with the Village Secretariats and Village Volunteers to collect the further comprehensive data.
He asked officals to complete buying of Rabi crop yields as well. CM Jagan has asked officials to establish a toll-free number for farmers separately. He further stated that each and every farmer should be able to call the toll-free number and submit their complaints without any hesitation. CM Jagan has asked officials to take care of farmers in coming days as Cyclone Mocha could affect in Andhra Pradesh, in coming days.
