CBI has decided to postpone YS Avinash Reddy inquiry session to 18th April. They have given him summons to appear before CBI on 17th April. YS Avinash Reddy went to court for anticipatory bail, anticipating his arrest by CBI. They have already arrested his father YS Bhaskar Reddy in YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. YS Avinash Reddy has returned from CBI HQ in Hyderabad to his home.
CBI has issued notices under CRPPC section 160 to his Whatsapp number. Meanwhile, YS Vivekananda Reddy daughter Suneetha has filed implead petition against YS Avinash Reddy Anticipatory bail petition. She asked High Court to listen to her plea in the case and deny bail to him. High Court has decided to listen to both sides arguments on Monday at 3:45 PM. CBI has asked YS Avinash Reddy to appear before them on 17th April at 10:30 AM.
Experts think CBI is preparing ground to arrest YS Avinash Reddy. They have already asked him to come to inquiry for 4 times before. YS Avinash Reddy also anticipates his arrest. For now, YS Bhaskar Reddy has been sent to Chanchalguda jail to complete his 14 days remand period till 29th April. CBI has changed YS Avinash Reddy status from witness to co-conspirator in their chargesheet.
