CBI has submitted to AP High Court, the sealed cover about the details of MP Avinash Reddy investigation. He has been seen as one of the most important persons attached to MP Vivekananda Reddy murder case. CBI has been asked to submit details in a sealed cover to AP High Court, before. As per the directions, CBI has submitted video recordings of enquiry, proofs of investigation. AP High Court has taken them and reserved their verdict.
MP Avinash Reddy has filed petition in AP High Court against CBI, asking them to interfere. His lawyers asked AP High Court to stop his arrest, indirectly. CBI, on the other hand, stated that they see him as a closely associated person with the crime. They have told the High Court that he has been part of the people who damaged proofs. CBI has asked High Court permission to arrest him.
AP High Court has listened to everything and reserved the judgement. They have asked CBI to not proceed with the arrest, until they give a clear order. Also, High Court has commented on MP Avinash Reddy press meet about MP Vivekananda Reddy case, when enquiry and investigation are still going on. They have asked how can he talk to press, to the lawyers. CBI has asked permission to give summons to Bhaskar Reddy for enquiry and interrogation. CBI told the Court that they did not call him for enquiry in Kadapa. AP High Court has reserved judgement about him too.
