CBI and YS Avinash Reddy have been at loggerheads from past two months. YS Avinash Reddy has gone to Telangana High Court for anticipatory bail. He stated that CBI has been looking to create proofs against him in YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. Sunitha, daughter of Vivekananda Reddy has gone to Supreme Court against Avinash Reddy. Telangana High Court has asked CBI to not arrest Avinash until they say. Supreme Court has called this order atrocious.
Since then, High Court has been postponing their judgement on Anticipatory bail petition. YS Avinash Reddy lawyers have been asking High Court to give their judgement soon. CBI has filed counter argument asking HC to not give bail to Avinash Reddy. They have stated that they have proofs against him and they need to find more. CBI has asked YS Avinash Reddy to attend to inquiry session on 16th May.
Avinash Reddy asked CBI to postpone the inquiry session. He said that he is unable to attend due to already scheduled party programs. CBI has gone to Avinash Reddy home and handed him new notices. They have asked him to attend inquiry session on 19th May. They have already arrested YS Bhaskar Reddy in this case. There are major speculations that they will definitely arrest YS Avinash Reddy as well. We have to wait if CBI will arrest him or not.
