CBI has been looking to finish investigation related to MP Vivekananda Reddy Murder case. They have arrest YS Bhaskar Reddy already. But they have been unable to do the same in the case of MP Avinash Reddy. CBI has given him summons to appear for inquiry sessions. As they seem to be gearing up to arrest him, he went to court for anticipatory bail. Telangana High Court has issued him conditional bail amidst high drama for two months. CBI has now moved to court seeking permission ninhydrin test of Vivekananda Reddy letter.
Already Central Forensic Science Laboratory, CFSL have concluded that Vivekananda Reddy has written the letter. They stated that he has written it under extreme pressure. Now, CBI has asked CFSL to do ninhydrin test to conclude if thumb impressions are of MP Vivekananda Reddy. CBI suspects forgery and manipulation in this case. Hence, they have gone to CBI court for permission. CBI court has granted them permission and asked them to attach a photocopy if original letter gets damaged in ninhydrin test.

On the other hand, Narreddy Sunitha Reddy, daughter of Vivekananda Reddy has gone to Supreme Court against Avinash Reddy conditional bail. She stated that Telangana High Court did not take into consideration the serious allegations leveled against Avinash Reddy in this case. CBI has already asked Supreme Court to direct High Court to not give him bail. But Supreme Court stated that they cannot interfere into High Court actions. Well, with Sunitha petition, CBI might also attach their submission to Supreme Court asking permission to arrest Avinash Reddy. The case seems to be taking many more interesting twists and turns.
