CBI has filed counter petition in Telangana High Court against YS Avinash Reddy. They stated that YS Avinash Reddy tried to hide the facts. CBI also stated that YS Avinash Reddy is one of conspirators in YS Vivekananda Reddy Murder case. They stated that Avinash Reddy did not give straight answers to their questions. CBI filed counter petition asking HC to not give bail to YS Avinash Reddy.
Avinash Reddy has filed anticipatory bail petition asking HC to interfere in CBI investigation. He stated that CBI is trying to create proofs and evidences against him. CBI in reply, in their counter petition, stated that they have to arrest Avinash and interrogate him in custody. They stated that people are afraid to give statements against Avinash. Also, they stated that Avinash has a criminal history and he has 4 criminal cases running on him.
CBI also stated that Avinash tried to intimidate witnesses and they have come to know about it. They stated that they did not find any problem or suspicion in the actions of Rajasekhar Reddy and Sunitha. CBI has stated that they need to know why Avinash went to Sunil Yadav’s house on the day of murder. Gangadhar Reddy has stated to CBI that he has been offered Rs.10 crores to take the blame on him. Well, CBI stated Avinash Reddy arrest is necessary in this case to complete investigation.
