AP High Court has granted bail to Nara Chandrababu Naidu in AP Skill Development Scam Case. NCBN has submitted petition asking for bail in the Court. They have postponed the decision till the reopening of Courts post Diwali holidays. In the interim, he got conditional bail to not appear in political meetings as he got bail for health reasons. Now, his counsel has submitted petition for regular bail without any conditions.
AP High Court has granted regular bail and stated that he can participate in political meetings from 29th November. They asked him to submit health report on 30th November in ACB Court and appear in person. Judge did not agree with CID counsels argument that chances of NCBN intimidating witness and tampering, are high. He stated that NCBN did not try to influence investigation for 22 months when he is outside.

Also, he remarked that CID did not submit enough proofs about the same and also about the involvement of NCBN. He stated that the proofs about who withdrew money worth of Rs.370 crores have been absent, too. He opined that CID did not find proofs by putting the person 30-40 days in remand. He also remarked that no prima facia evidence in terms of funds exchange has been presented.
Also, he stated that just because NCBN has been CM, we cannot impart every subordinate decision to CM. AP High Court also observed that none of the other involved have been so strictly prohibited from acquiring bail and suggested vindictive behaviour on CID part. Now, TDP leaders are happy with this judgement and are hoping that Supreme Court will quash the FIR in APSSDC Scam Case.
