
AP CM Jagan and his associates have flown to Delhi for AP Global Investors Summit. While flying for this Summit to Delhi, his plane had to be returned back to Vijayawada due to an air valve failure. CM Jagan flew to Delhi, late in the night and he attended the Summit. Addressing to the delegates at the Summit, he stated that Vizag will be new capital city of AP, soon. CM Jagan said that he will also be moving to Vizag and before April, the shifting will be done.
He invited Delegates to AP Investors Summit on 3rd and 4th March to Vizag and stated that AP New Capital welcomes them and their investments. CM Jagan very firmly stated that Vizag will be new capital for Andhra Pradesh state and they will develop the place in accordance to the requirements of financial development in the area. TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy confirmed this and stated that Government will use private and public buildings in the city to function temporarily and they will build the capital city, slowly. CM Jagan asked all officials in the state Government to be ready to move as well.
Payyavula Keshav, TDP leader and MLA, questioned this move from CM Jagan. He said that CM is running away to Vizag is terrified about MP Vivekananda Reddy murder investigation and to cover it up he made this capital shifting announcement. Several TDP leaders also stated the same. Pawan Kalyan from Janasena Party, did not react yet on this announcement.
