Opposition Leader NCBN, Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, talked about the nutritional problems at schools and he also expressed his concern about paddy farmers. Interestingly, AP CM Jagan has well talked about nutritional problems but in Anganvadis. NCBN stated that paddy farmers are being forced to sell their yields to middlemen by AP Government itself and it is wrong. He also talked about how less quality yields are being bought by Government at lower rates. CM Jagan, on the other hand, said that quality of nutrition kits handed over to children at Anganvadis is important to him.
NCBN expressed his concern over how farmers are forced to bring yield with 17% less moisture and over working themselves to dry the yield. He further demanded that CM Jagan should announce compensation for Mandous Cyclone victims, especially farmers. NCBN demanded that Rs.50,000 should be handed over to cash crop farmers per acre and Rs.20,000 per acre to paddy farmers. He said that if AP Government delays it would be hard for farmers to bounce back after the mayhem of cyclone.

CM Jagan, on the other hand, asked officials to fill out 61 CDPO posts in Women and Child Welfare Department, immediately through a notification. He said at Anganvadis, quality of education for children should be high and top priority. CM Jagan said that he wants Government officials to concentrate on Agriculture, Health, Ediucation, Housing, Women and Children Welfare Departments in coming days. Well, it is rare to see Opposition leader NCBN and CM Jagan talking about similar ideals, even though they are vastly different, they both expressed concerns about nutrition in children and food management.
