ACB Court has heard the arguments from AAG and Nara Chandrababu Naidu lawyers. Justice expressed dissatisfaction with the arguments presented by NCBN Lawyers. Hence, ACB Court struck down the house custody plea.

Nara Chandrababu Naidu has been arrested by AP CID officials on 9th September. He has been charged for corruption in AP Skill Development project. CID officials have stated that Nara Chandrababu Naidu has taken Rs.371 crores as bribe and there are proofs for transferring them Shell companies in various countries. He has been charged with non-bailable offences and hence, his lawyers wanted to shift his remand to house arrest and house remand. Nara Chandrababu Naidu asked ACB Court to allow for his house custody until the remaining remand days.

Hence, ACB Court struck down the house custody plea. Court stated that Nara Chandrababu Naidu should stay in Rajahmundry jail for judical custody remand days. Lawyers of NCBN are now gearing up for bail plea. Also, they have submitted lunch motion petition to dismiss charges against NCBN.

After the judgement has been pronounced, Nara Chandrababu Naidu family members have visited him at the jail. Nara Lokesh, Nara Bhuvaneshwari and Nara Brahmani visited him. Bhuvaneshwari talking to press stated that TDP leaders, supporters and cadre should show courage. She stated that their family is going through crisis and they will come out of this soon. Nara Chandrababu Naidu will look get bail from High Court and ACB Court in coming days. For now, AP CM Jagan has reviewed security arrangements at jail and in Andhra Pradesh post arrest of Nara Chandrababu Naidu upon his return from London. People are expecting more high drama to unveil in coming days.
