Dhurandhar 2 OTT: After doing the whole box office thing in multiple countries , Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is apparently moving to OTT now. But yeah, there’s a twist sort of, for both Indian and international viewers, and honestly it’s got everyone talking.
Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2 OTT Release
Reports say that while global audiences can watch it on Netflix, the India streaming rights are said to rest with JioHotstar. Plus, there are claims international viewers will get a “raw and uncut” kind of version of the film, not the same cut everyone saw in theatres.
According to the buzz, Netflix has already started pushing the overseas cut of Dhurandhar 2 in select regions around May 14–15. This OTT release is being pitched as a “Raw & Undekha” cut, with scenes that reportedly weren’t part of the theatrical release
And because of that, fans are going a bit wild , especially the ones who are really into the extended action sequences, and the more emotionally intense portions where Ranveer Singh is front and centre.
India Release Expected On JioHotstar
For Indian viewers, the movie is expected to land on JioHotstar. Still though, the makers have not officially locked in the exact release date as of now
Some industry reports suggest the India OTT premiere might arrive after the current IPL season finishes. Till then, everyone’s basically waiting for an announcement, even if it comes with small hints only.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar 2 reportedly became one of the biggest Indian hits of 2026. The action thriller is said to have crossed ₹1800 crore worldwide, and audiences seemed pretty impressed with the huge scale action work as well as the heartfelt storytelling.
Along with Ranveer Singh, the film also features Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan and Sara Arjun in key roles.
The main reason for all the hype is that alternate version being streamed internationally. People on social media are discussing extra scenes, uncensored dialogues, and longer action beats, like really imagining what might be different.
And a lot of fans are now hoping that same “extra” kind of cut will eventually drop in India too, not just overseas.
Official Word Still Awaited
Even with all these reports doing rounds online, both the makers and the streaming platforms haven’t released a proper detailed official statement yet. So for now, it’s wait and watch, and in the next few days, fans should hopefully get more clarity about the India premiere date and which exact version will be available.
