It is clashing with Nandamuri Balakrishna film Veera Simha Reddy and it is releasing on 12th January, 2023. Mythri Movie Makers are producing both the films and releasing for Sankranthi season. Now, Waltair Veerayya title song is released by the team and Megastar Chiranjeevi is back to Gangleader styling for the song.

Devi Sri Prasad scored the song and Chandra Bose wrote the lyrics. Anurag Kulkarni sung the song while Alaap was sung by Pavithra Chari. Song and the stills of Megastar Chiranjeevi, from the song have impressed fans of Chiranjeevi to the core. They wanted to see him in his early 1990’s glory days, like in Gangleader and Rowdy Alludu, Jagadeeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari films. Director Bobby has guaranteed that he will take them back to those days and he delivered on his promise with this song.
Megastar Chiranjeevi after a long time reduced a lot to look slim and trim, like he did the 1990’s. Team has re-created Gangleader posters and even iconic Athaki Yamudu Ammayiki Mogudu look as well.
