Vijay Antony has entered into film Industry as a sound engineer and mixer. He became a music composer and then an actor-producer-director. Vijay Antony secured good following with his clever script selection and entertainingly different movies. His Pichaikkaran/ Bichagadu has become a huge blockbuster in both Telugu and Tamil languages. Vijay Antony as a composer and actor made a good impact for himself among audiences.
Also, he has been known for being soft-spoken, good and modest. Vijay Antony admitted that he is moderately talented and he is learning with each one. Recently, he conducted a concert and there, he asked people to not pressurise children. He asked parents to give children ample time to learn and grow as everyone doesn’t have same skill and level of talent. Ironically and unfortunately, his young daughter, Meera Vijay Antony, died by suicide in the wee hours on 19th September. She has been found hanging in her room, by maids, early morning.
By the time, Vijay Antony and his family reached hospital with her body, doctors have pronounced her dead. This has shocked entire social media. Meera Vijay Antony was just 16 years old and pursuing Class XII. She had been battling depression from few months. Fathima Vijay Antony, who maintains low profile, shared Meera’s photo on social media and called her, their lifeline. Entire Film Industry has expressed their condolences on social media. Vijay Antony and his family have remained silent on the matter, till now. We request people to share their issues and not stress on issues that lead to such horrible decisions.
