Upasana Konidela, a leading figure in the wellness industry, is championing first-time female entrepreneurs to join her in creating a sustainable ecosystem for women. With a vision to increase female participation in the workplace, Upasana is launching an entrepreneurial platform that functions as a “shark tank” exclusively for women.
Speaking at the Indian School of Business alongside Professor Bhagwan Chowdhry, Upasana highlighted her dedication to dismantling barriers and providing women with the mentorship, resources, and opportunities necessary for success in the wellness sector. She urges women to lead boldly, challenge the status quo, and become trailblazers in the business world.

Women entrepreneurs are encouraged to submit a one-page proposal to cofounder@urlife.co.in, detailing their purpose, the societal impact of their business, its positive environmental contributions, and their reasons for wanting Upasana as a co-founder.
