
Ajith Kumar films haven’t been known for promotions as the actor doesn’t believe in going on to media channels or doing something for promoting his films. He is coming up with Thunivu for Pongal, 2023. Lyca Productions are releasing the film, internationally and they have announced the next update from the film at skydiving, Dubai. Thunivu team went for the first time an extra mile to promote their film.

Lyca Productions, who did the Thunivu promotions, tweeted,

Lyca Productions have decided to call 31st December, 2022 as Thunivu Day and announced it by performing a skydiving stunt like how Ajith Kumar prefers to perform dangerous stunts for his films. Thunivu producer Boney Kapoor also shared about the same with the video, on Twitter.

Thunivu and Varisu are clashing for Pongal, 2023. Ajith Kumar and Vijay have been two big stars of Tamil Cinema, currently and entire Tamil Industry is looking forward to this clash and hoping that both films will do good business, as both have huge numbers to be recovered for their distributors. Thunivu will be released on 12th January, 2023 in Tamil Nadu by Red Giant owned by Udayanidhi Stalin and Lyca Productions is releasing it overseas. Ghibran scored music for the film and Manju Warrier is playing an important lady lead. H. Vinoth who made Ner Konda Parvaai, Valimai is directing Thunivu with Ajith as lead for third time, continuously.
