At a media meet following Mirai’s triumph, Teja revealed exciting details about his upcoming line-up. His next confirmed project is Zombie Reddy 2, the sequel to the popular hit Zombie Reddy. Produced by People Media Factory, the sequel promises an entertaining blend of comedy and action, alongside high-end visuals. Shooting is set to begin in January, with the release planned for 2027. Sharing his excitement, Teja said: “Zombie Reddy 2 will meet audience expectations. The visuals will take viewers into another world.”
He also updated fans on Jai HanuMan, which is currently in pre-production. The film, to be directed by Prasanth Varma, will roll once both Prasanth and Rishab Shetty complete their current projects.
On Mirai 2, Teja teased that the sequel would be bigger and more inspiring than the first. While reports suggest Rana Daggubati could play the villain, he clarified that casting has not yet been finalised. “There are many surprising ideas in Mirai 2. It will surpass the first part and stand as an inspiration for many,” he noted.
