Young Telugu actor Teja Sajja, who rose to pan-India fame with HanuMan, is now preparing for the release of his next big film Mirai. Scheduled to hit screens on 12 September, the superhero drama has already created huge buzz among audiences and fans, with expectations running high.

At a press meet held in Chennai, Teja addressed several rumours that have been circulating around the film. He firmly denied reports that superstar Mahesh Babu had acted in Mirai. He explained that the mystery over who is playing Lord Rama in the trailer was intentional, saying it was meant to remain a surprise for cinema-goers. “We want to give audiences a unique experience inside theatres,” he said.

The actor also dismissed speculation that artificial intelligence technology was used to create the role of Rama. He stressed that a real actor has portrayed the character, but the makers are not ready to reveal the identity yet. This decision has left fans and film enthusiasts guessing, with debates continuing online. The suspense around who appears as Rama has become one of the hottest topics ahead of the film’s release.

Directed by young filmmaker Karthik Ghattamneni, Mirai is being presented as a large-scale superhero action film. Teja Sajja will be seen as a warrior, while Ritika Nayak plays the female lead. Actor Manchu Manoj is set to appear as the villain, with senior stars Jagapathi Babu and Shriya Saran playing key roles.

The film is being produced on a grand budget by TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner. Music is composed by GowraHari, adding further anticipation to the project. With its star cast, high production values, and the suspense surrounding the portrayal of Lord Rama, Mirai is shaping up to be one of the most discussed Telugu releases of the year.

Audiences will finally know the truth about the mysterious Rama role only when the film reaches theatres. Until then, speculation is set to continue.
