Sushmita Sen won Miss Universe title in 1994 and then entered into films. She acted in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films but with limited success. Sushmita Sen has Addison’s disease and she has been on steroids from a long time. She has been fighting with health conditions and societal judgements from a long time. Now, Sushmita Sen has revealed that she suffered heart attack, recently.
She herself wrote on her social media, Instagram handle. Sushmita Sen also stated that doctors have done Angioplasty and they have placed stent in her heart. She wrote that her father always used to tell her that she should have a big heart and doctors also said the same. Sushmita Sen wrote, “Keep your heart happy & courageous, and it’ll stand by you when you need it the most Shona” (Wise words by my father @sensubir ). I suffered a heart attack a couple of days back…Angioplasty done…stent in place…and most importantly, my cardiologist reconfirmed ‘I do have a big heart’.
