Sapta Sagaraadache Ello Side-B Movie Rating: 3.5/5
Rakshit Shetty has become one of those names who guarantees quality with his films. He has grown in popularity and as an actor, too. After Sapta Sagaraadache Ello Side-A, he made a mark on many with his performance as Manu. Now, the story of Manu has come to a conclusion in Sapta Sagaraadache Ello Side-B. The Kannada movie has released as Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati Side-B in Telugu like Side-A on 17th November, 2023. Let’s discuss about the film, in detail.
Plot:
Manu(Rakshit Shetty) is released from prison and he enters into a post Covid pandemic world. Tortured by the memories of past in the solitude, he tries to regather himself in the concrete jungle. His one last wish is to see Priya(Rukmini Vasanth) happy once and move away from everything near to the sea. But he finds another connection brewing with a prostitute Surabhi(Chaitra J Achar). Could he answer to Soma’s aggression? Watch the movie to know more.
Analysis:
Sapta Sagaraadache Ello Side-A proved to be a poetic romance that explores the lives of two people in love being forced to separate. Side-B tries to showcase the aftermath. What if both are stuck in past and unable to move on. From one side, it is obvious and evident but on the other side, it is metaphorically indicated. As love doesn’t really die, it is the people who have to guide themselves through the heartaches. Or get used to the present situation and move on. Hemanth Rao captures this quality of love and time, very well.
He succeeds in keeping the story simple and connected to only two souls. Their journey is not simple and unbreakable. Hemanth Rao makes sure that love is the only trimphant in the proceedings. No matter, how many hurdles come about. The quality of film-making and the technicalities are top notch. Few writing choices could be questioned but the film succeeds in leaving a lasting impact. It also lingers around with you after watching.

Rakshit Shetty has unleashed his full potential in this film. He carried the movie on his able shoulders. As his perspective is highly explored, he had to be on point at every moment. He did it effortlessly. Rukmini had to be lifeless and still, she brought a life-like quality into her performance. Chaitra J Achar is in prime form, too. Charan Raj with his score imbibed life into the film. Overall, movie is a worth-watch.
