Samajavaragamana is new movie from Sree Vishnu who has been giving different films. The actor has understood that he needs fresh ideas and scripts to re-invent himself with young directors. Sree Vishnu joined hands for Samajavaragamana with Ram Abbaraju who made Vivaha Bhojanambu with comedian Satya has lead actor. Reba Monica John has debuted in Telugu with this film from Malayalam. Naresh and Srikanth Iyengar have also become part of the cast. With a promise tickle our funny bone Samajavaragamana is arriving to theatres. Let’s discuss about the film now…
Samajavaragamana deals with Bala Subrahmanyam(Sree Vishnu) aka Balu who hates love. He has to take care of his family as his father Uma Maheshwara Rao(Naresh Vijay Krishna) is unable to pass degree. His father can only get inheritence after he passes the degree finals. His father becomes friends with Sarayu(Reba Monica John) and she becomes Paying Guest in Balu’s house. Balu falls in love with Sarayu as she convinces him. But Balu’s brother-in-law decides marry Saryu’s sister. This changes the dynamics of their relationship. Will Balu’s father achieve his goal? Can Balu and Sarayu unite? Watch Samajavaragamana for the answers.
Sree Vishnu has been selecting different concepts and scripts. He is not sticking to one kind of films and trying his best to give variety. Even he has been improving his screen presence, dialogue delivery and talents. Samajavaragamana is another good attempt for him in comedy genre. He has been facing flops from past few years. Now, Samajavaragamana seems to be his attempt at comeback. The comedy works at places and never tries to take itself too seriously. Reba Monica John, Srkkanth Iyengar, Sudarshan did their roles well. Naresh Vijay Krishna takes the cake with a very good role.
Music by Gopi Sundar is ordinary. Samajavaragamana could have been better had the music and jokes had been better. Ram Abbaraju did not repeat the mistakes he did in his last film, Vivaha Bhojanambu. That film too had light-hearted treatment but gets very serious at times. Here, the comedy keeps coming at you and few land very well. Writing could have been better and editing too. But the attempt at keep the ambiance light even though it deals with some incest punches, worked well. Sree Vishnu and Reba Monica complimented each other well. Samajavaragamana is a easy one-time watch for the light-hearted treatment and few jokes that land on-point.
