Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, often called the most eligible bachelor in India, has finally spoken about his views on marriage, and he didn’t hold back. At 58, Salman’s unmarried status continues to spark curiosity, but he made it clear on The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show that marriage isn’t as simple as it looks.
“Marriage and divorce are emotionally and financially very tough matters,” Salman said. “It’s not easy to take that journey forward.”
He also surprised fans by opening up for the first time about his health struggles. The actor revealed that he is suffering from AV malformation, a condition related to abnormal blood vessels, and a brain aneurysm. He also experiences trigeminal neuralgia, a severe nerve pain in the face.
“Being an actor in this industry is not easy. Action sequences often lead to injuries,” he shared. “Despite the intense pain and medical issues, I continue to work. Taking a break from my career is not an option I’ve considered. I’m learning to live with these conditions. If I had faced them earlier in life, I might have overcome them by now. But I’m working on restarting myself, mentally and physically.”
The episode took a lighter turn when Salman Khan joked about his close friend Aamir Khan’s relationship status. “He’s a wonderful man; the whole world knows he’s a perfectionist. I think he’ll maneuver this relationship until it’s perfect. Maybe this is his last love story,” Salman said with a smile.
With a mix of honesty, humour and resilience, Salman gave fans a rare glimpse into his personal life, both the challenges and the lighter moments.
