He has decided to blur the lines between being fearless, arrogant and being careless, vulgar. RGV performed a vulgar act with a lady anchor in Telugu, to promote his Dangerous, film. The most cringe worthy part of the video has been cut as clips and it is being circulated with even bad comments on Internet.
You see in the following video, RGV sucking on toes of Ashu, an anchor. Ashu Reddy became famous as Samantha Ruth Prabhu look alike and this act has degraded her image on social media too.

RGV has been known for being notorious in his behavior and this seems like he has blurred all the lines of respect in society and social conventions. While no one can really ask him to not be himself, this is way too deranging, even for him to perform such acts with girls half his age. Many have been criticizing RGV for his act and he did not offer any explanation about it.
