Ravi Teja in Eagle seems to have been heavily inspired by KGF franchise films. Tiger Nageswara Rao is a film about a criminal and now, Eagle is also about a gangster. Not just in story, the sreenplay and presentation also come close to KGF style. On 6th November, movie team has released first teaser.
Karthik Gattamaneni is writing and directing the film. He made a name as a cinematographer and he became a director with Surya vs Surya. Now, with Eagle, he is looking to deliver a big mass blockbuster. Anupama Parameswaran, Kavya Thapar, Vinay Rai, Madhoo, Navdeep and Srinivas Avasarala are cast in the movie in supporting characters.
Davzand is composing music for the film. T.G. Vishwa Prasad is producing the film on People Media Factory. Eagle teaser states the movie is about the man and the myth. It is also stated to be a gangster film. It is releasing on 13th January, 2024, for Sankranti festival. Looking at the teaser, the visuals are good and set-up is interesting. Let’s see how the team delivers.
