Ranbir Kapoor has delivered highest grosser for Bollywood in 2022 with his Brahmastra and a disaster with his Shamshera. The actor has completed shooting for Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar and started working on Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh director has promised to make most violent story and Ranbir Kapoor from leaked set image looks exactly like what Sandeep Reddy described.
From a dialogue teaser released by the team while announcement of the project, we can say that it will be a son going against his father story but with full of action episodes. Sandeep Reddy Vanga made Arjun Reddy and has earned a fan following for his style and flare. Now, with Ranbir Kapoor kind of an actor, he is expected to deliver a cult action film. Ranbir Kapoor has become father recently, as his wife Alia Bhatt had a safe and healthy delivery. This might be his way of growing away from romantic films, as he is almost a middle-aged man in real life.

T-Series is producing the film and the team has announced a New Year Gift for Ranbir Kapoor fans. First look from the film, Animal will be released on 31st December. Animal is scheduled for a release on 11th August, 2023. Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri are cast in the movie in important roles along with Ranbir Kapoor.
